- Fabrication from your take off duct and fittings
- Furnish field and shop coordination drawings to include overlay of structural steel and other trades in the annular space between ceiling and structural steel.
- We can furnish 3D elevations for chases and equipment tie-ins.
- Furnish piece numbered shop drawings which coincide with numbered labels on the duct.
- We can deliver these materials to the job site for immediate offloading or we offer the use of our storage trailers with a trailer stocking sheet. The trailers are loaded to match scheduling of the project.
- We fabricate TDC or slip and drive duct. Either can be shipped assembled or to match scheduling of the project.
- We offer our duct sealed or not sealed.
- We also offer our duct with the ends wrapped with plastic if required by Leeds.
- We can produce colored labels to match floors or systems per your preference.
- We provide all corner bolts, gasket, cleats, slips, drives and hanging straps with your duct.
- All duct and fittings are fabricated by the latest SMACNA Duct Construction Standards to match each projects specifications.
- We use the latest Quickpen software such as, DD3D, estimation and Vulcan
- No project is too big or too small.
